刚刚结束的省八次党代会在对今后我省经济发展的总体布局中,提出了以信息化带动工业及整个国民经济发展的思路,突出强调了要用信息化带动工业化。这是本次党代会对今后我省经济发展提出的新思路,是认识到信息化对我省实现跨越式发展的重要作用而做出的郑重决策。早在2000年8月江泽民总书记来吉林考察工作时就要求我们:“在加快工业化的进程中,要特别抓住用信息技术改造和提升传统产业的难得机遇,以信息化带动工业化,发挥后发优势,实现社会生产力的跨越式发展。”如何结合吉林省的实际情况,贯彻落实江总书记和省八次党代会提出的“用信息化带动工业化”的战略部署,是摆在我们面前的具有全局意义的重大问题。
