据反映,本省有些邮电局根据当地市坊管理机关等的规定限收或停牧某些日用品或食品包裹,如衡阳、长沙等市曾停收肥皂、胶鞋等物品,津市涔泹农坊也通知邮电局不要收寄个人交寄的鱼类包裹,给群众造成不便。邮电部根据调查了解,不少省市亦有类似現象,业与粮食部、商业部共同研究,对个人邮寄食品和日用品作了几项規定报经国务院同意,在全国范圍內统一实行。茲将国务院轉发邮电部“关于邮寄食品和日用品問題的报告”轉发给你们,希即轉知所屬遵照执行。
It has been reported that some post offices in the province have restricted or stopped some daily necessities or food parcels according to the provisions of the local municipal administrations and other warehouses.
