这两年来,我一直在回顾报业转型的历史。党媒转型有两条路,一条是取长补短,一条是扬长避短。但在大部分时候,我们所做的是取长补短,而不是扬长避短。在面对商业新媒体冲击的时候,我们更多的是希望把商业新媒体的一些优势拿过来为我所用,却忽视了自身优势的发挥。在我看来,党媒转型最重要的是扬长避短,重视我们自身的优势,而不是试图回避或弥补我们的短处。“逐梦他乡重庆人”全媒体大型人物故事寻访报道活动发挥了传统党媒哪些优势?第一是凝聚力。此次报道体现的正是这样一种凝聚力,它有共同的地域特点——重庆,报道对象都是有理想并勇于奋斗的重庆人,将很多人凝聚在一起,
