为了证实中国树鼩下丘脑视上核和室旁核内催产素(oxytocin, OT)能神经元的形态和神经维在神经垂体内的分布,采用ABC免疫组织化学技术进行了观察。结果发现,在各核团内,OT能胞体均散在分布,大多呈圆形或卵圆形,少数呈梭形或星形。核圆形,大多偏心位。免疫反应产物弥散分布于胞浆内。分布在正中隆起(ME)和垂体神经部内的OT能神经纤维直径微细,数目少,免疫反应性弱,但有数目较多,体积较大且大小不等的OT免疫反应凝聚体和赫令体。提示中国树鼩OT能的与加压素(VP)能的胞体及神经纤维免疫反应性存在差异。
