麻疹病毒在无动物细胞的 199培养基内与甲型链球菌共生的条件下 ,能自主复制 ,并可无限地传代。用猴及人的“O”型红血球凝集试验方法进行实验的结果显示 ,其血凝滴度可超过 1∶10 0 0 ,抗麻疹病毒免疫血清对所培养的病毒血凝抑制滴度为 1∶6 4。用此病毒免疫家兔所产生的抗体 ,对麻疹病毒的血凝反应可引起抑制作用。因此可以说明在培养基内经共生培养所繁殖的病毒的确是麻疹病毒 ,证实麻疹病毒在无动物细胞的甲型链球菌共生的培养基内能够自主复制。
Measles virus in animal cells in 199 medium with Streptococcus mutans symbiosis conditions, autonomously replicate, and can be infinitely passed. The results of the experiments with monkey and human “O” type erythrocyte agglutination test showed that the titer of blood clotting of the anti-measles virus immune serum to the cultured virus was 1:10 0 0, 6 4. Antibodies produced by rabbits immunized with this virus can cause an inhibitory effect on the hemolytic response of the measles virus. Therefore, it can be shown that the virus multiplied by the co-culture in the culture medium is indeed the measles virus, confirming that the measles virus can autonomously replicate in the culture medium of the non-animal cell-type Streptococcus symbiosis.
