在现代企业的经营与管理中,绩效考核部门作为与员工直接互动的部门,已经成为人力资源管理中最为核心的组成部分。在提高员工的实际工作效率、加强劳动管理、激发员工创造性和积极性方面起着十分重要的作用。但是,就现状来说,绩效考核,尤其是中小企业的绩效考核现状并不尽如人意,当中存在的诸多问题也严重阻碍了企业的健康发展。因此,本文就绩效考核的基础理论、现实存在的问题以及改进策略进行了深入地探讨。
In the operation and management of modern enterprises, the performance appraisal department, as a department directly interacting with employees, has become the most central part of human resources management. It plays a very important role in enhancing the actual working efficiency of employees, strengthening labor management and stimulating the creativity and enthusiasm of employees. However, as far as the current situation is concerned, the performance appraisal, especially the performance appraisal status of SMEs, is not satisfactory. Many existing problems have seriously hindered the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper discusses in depth the basic theory of performance appraisal, the existing problems and the improvement strategies.
