农村基层组织人员职务犯罪,直接危害到我国广大农民和国家的利益,是造成社会不稳定的重要因素,具有严重的社会危害性。准确农村基层组织人员职务犯罪的法律适用具有极其重要的意义。农村基层组织人员职务犯罪的法律适用主要有三个方面:主体认定问题、犯罪对象问题和职务犯罪法律适用问题。
The duty crimes committed by grassroots organizations in rural areas directly endanger the interests of the vast majority of peasants and countries in our country and are an important factor in causing social instability and have serious social dangers. It is extremely important to apply the law exactly to the duty crimes of rural grassroots organizations. There are mainly three aspects to the legal application of duty crimes in rural grassroots organizations: the problem of the determination of the subject, the issue of criminal object and the legal application of duty crime.
