工资集体协商制度是市场经济条件下协调劳动关系的重要机制。在国际金融危机影响下,充分发挥工资集体协商制度的作用,对于化解劳资矛盾、保持劳动关系和谐稳定、促进企业发展显得尤为重要。
The system of wage collective bargaining is an important mechanism for coordinating labor relations under market economy. Under the influence of the international financial crisis, giving full play to the role of the system of wage collective bargaining is particularly important for resolving labor-management conflicts, maintaining harmonious and stable labor relations and promoting enterprise development.
