到目前为止,国内外尚无统一的血脂正常值介限,各地根据自已的条件和实验方法测定自已的正常值,这对于各地资料的比较很不方便。没有统一的判断血脂正常与异常的标准,亦给临床工作带来困难。本文先后测定了云南省西双版纳地区傣族农民、汉族农垦职工,昆明海口地区工厂职工、昆明医学院及第一附属医院职工等三个地区四组人群共3445例正常人的血清胆固醇和甘油三脂,试图制定出较为适宜的血脂正常值的统一标准。结果如下:
So far, there is no unified normal limit of blood lipids at home and abroad. All localities determine their own normal values according to their own conditions and experimental methods, which is inconvenient for the comparison of local data. There is no uniform standard for judging the normal and abnormal blood lipids, which also brings difficulties to clinical work. This article has determined the serum cholesterol and triglycerides of 3,445 normal people in three districts and four groups in three districts: the Dai farmers in the Xishuangbanna area of Yunnan Province, the Han farming staff and workers, the factory workers in Kunming Haikou area, the workers of Kunming Medical College and the First Affiliated Hospital. Try to work out a more appropriate standard for the normal value of blood lipids. The result is as follows:
