作者曾报告,芍药甙、去苯甲酰基芍药甙及芍药花甙对豚鼠PCA反应的抑制作用。此次为了了解其它芍药成分的抗变态反应作用,对大鼠致敏腹腔渗出细胞经抗原刺激所致组胺游离的阻碍作用进行了研究。
The authors have reported that the inhibition of PCA in guinea pigs by Paeoniflorin, debenzoyl hydrazone and paeonia lactiflora. In order to understand the antiallergic effects of other peony ingredients, the hindrance of histamine release induced by antigen stimulation in rat sensitized peritoneal exudate cells was studied.
