针对湖南华菱湘潭钢铁集团有限公司引进ABB大方坯异形电磁搅拌器在使用过程中出现接头渗漏、绝缘下降、寿命短等问题,开展了ABB电磁搅拌器国产化研究及改进设计。介绍了ABB电磁搅拌器的结构、特点和不足,简述了其磁感应强度分布;为保证改进电磁搅拌器的磁场强度,设计时使用了ANSYS有限元分析软件对磁感应强度理论数据进行了模拟,能够满足工艺需求。
In order to solve the problems of joint leakage, insulation loss and short service life, the ABB ABB homemade blender made by ABB Hualing Xiangtan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. introduced the localization research and improvement design of ABB electromagnetic stirrer. The structure, characteristics and shortcomings of ABB electromagnetic stirrer are introduced. The magnetic induction intensity distribution is briefly described. In order to improve the magnetic field strength of the electromagnetic stirrer, the theoretical data of magnetic induction intensity is simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis software Meet the process needs.
