高校翻译教师的专业水平对翻译教学质量有着直接的影响,进而会影响到翻译人才培养目标的实现。目前,高校翻译教师的自身专业能力方面和客观大环境方面都存在着一些问题,研究翻译教师专业发展是一项迫切的工作。结合翻译教师专业发展的现状,总结存在的一些问题,提出相应的解决策略。
The professional level of translation teachers in colleges and universities has a direct impact on the quality of translation teaching, which in turn will affect the realization of translating talents. At present, there are some problems in translating teachers ’professional competence and objective environment in higher schools. It is an urgent task to study translators’ professional development. Combining with the current situation of translation teachers’ professional development, this paper summarizes some existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions.
