目的观察人工流产术中应用利多卡因表面麻醉的效果和安全性。方法受术者宫腔内注入2%利多卡因5ml,同时用浸透2%利多卡因的棉签插入宫颈内口,10分钟后取出。结果镇痛效果显效77.5%(3/ 40),有效7.5%(7/40),无效5%(2/40),人工流产综合征发,生率明显下降。结论 2%利多卡因使用方便,明显减轻受术者痛苦,在基层医院值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect and safety of lidocaine topical anesthesia in induced abortion. Methods By intrauterine injection of 2% lidocaine 2ml, while impregnated with 2% lidocaine swab into the mouth of the cervix, 10 minutes after the removal. Results The analgesic effect was significantly improved in 77.5% (3/40), effective 7.5% (7/40), ineffective 5% (2/40), and the incidence of abortion syndrome decreased significantly. Conclusion 2% lidocaine easy to use, significantly reduce the suffering of the surgeon, worth promoting in primary hospitals.
