目的:研究葛花中鸢尾苷元定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对葛花进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对葛花中鸢尾苷元进行含量测定,色谱柱为Aichrom Bond-AQ C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(48∶52),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长265nm,柱温35℃。结果:葛花中鸢尾苷元的薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强;鸢尾苷元在0.2~2.0μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为101.8%(n=9)。结论:方法准确、简便,可进行葛花中鸢尾苷元定性定量。
Objective: To study the method of qualitative and quantitative determination of tectorigenin in Pueraria lobata. Methods: The flower of Gypsophila paniculata was identified by thin layer chromatography. The content of tectorigenin of Gypsophila paniculata was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was Aichrom Bond-AQ C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) Phase methanol -0.1% (48:52), flow rate 1.0mL · min-1, detection wavelength 265nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The telmisartan was identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) with obvious specificity and specificity. The tectoridin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2-2.0 μg (r = 0.9999) with the average recovery of 101.8% n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate and convenient, and the qualitative and quantitative determination of tectorigenin in Pueraria lobata can be carried out.
