全印医学科学院发展了一种快速试管内放射测定法,以评价麻风菌的活性。此法可用于测定药物对麻风菌的作用、鉴定耐药菌等。本文对此法又做了改进。巨噬细胞悬液中加入麻风菌,以后再除去未被吞噬的菌,再分别加入不同量的氯苯吩嗪及其它几种同类物。然后用无药物而含有~3H标记的胸腺嘧啶的培养基替换原来的培养基,以后再经一系列处理,用闪烁计数器测定每份标本中麻风菌吸收同位素后的放射量。并设立未加药物以及加药物的死菌对照组。计算
