付里叶变换是目前最常用的谱分析方法,它具有分辩率高、测量速度快、数据处理自动化等优点。但是,它的分辨率受到信号的信噪比、动镜的扫描长度和所用的窗口函数的限制。本文介绍了自回归谱分析法在亚毫米波付里叶交换谱中的应用。它是对取样得到的干涉图进行自回归谱分析,从而得到完整的功率谱信息。它的特点是消除了窗口函数的影响,并可对取样点以外的干涉图进行线性预测,从而大大提高了分辨率。本文详细地介绍了自回归谱分析法应用到亚毫米波付里叶交换谱中的实现方法和得到的结果。实验证明,应用了这种方法以后,现有的亚毫米波付里叶变换谱仪的分辨率可提高4倍左右。
Fourier transform is the most commonly used spectral analysis method, it has the advantages of high resolution, fast measurement, data processing automation. However, its resolution is limited by the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal, the scan length of the moving mirror, and the window function used. This paper introduces the application of autoregressive spectral analysis in the sub-millimeter wave Fourier transform spectrum. It is an autoregressive spectral analysis of the sampled interferograms, resulting in complete power spectrum information. Its characteristic is to eliminate the influence of the window function, and can predict the interferogram outside the sampling point linearly, thus has raised the resolution greatly. This article describes in detail the application of autoregressive spectral analysis to the sub-millimeter wave Fourier transform spectrum in the realization of the method and the results obtained. Experiments show that the application of this method, the resolution of the existing sub-millimeter wave Fourier transform spectrometer can be increased about 4 times.
