目的考察桂皮醛在大鼠离体小肠中的代谢转化特性及黄连对其代谢的影响。方法RP-HPLC法测定桂皮醛及其代谢产物肉桂酸;考察不同浓度桂皮醛在大鼠离体小肠提取液、小肠组织匀浆液中的代谢动力学及黄连对其代谢的影响。结果桂皮醛在各种大鼠离体小肠液中均可被迅速代谢,主要代谢产物为肉桂酸;小肠各提取液对桂皮醛的代谢速率存在差异;桂皮醛浓度越低,代谢速率越快;黄连对桂皮醛的大鼠小肠代谢存在明显抑制作用。结论桂皮醛在大鼠小肠中可迅速被代谢,主要代谢产物为肉桂酸;黄连对桂皮醛代谢具有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the metabolic characteristics of cinnamaldehyde in isolated rat small intestine and the effect of berberine on its metabolism. Methods The cinnamic aldehyde and its metabolite cinnamic acid were determined by RP-HPLC. The catabolism of cinnamic aldehyde in different concentrations of isolated intestinal fluid and intestinal homogenate of rats and the effect of berberine on its metabolism were investigated. Results Cinnamaldehyde could be rapidly metabolized in a variety of isolated rat intestinal fluid and the main metabolite was cinnamic acid. The metabolic rate of cinnamic aldehyde in each extract of small intestine was different. The lower the cinnamic aldehyde concentration was, the faster the metabolic rate was. Coptis on cinnamic aldehyde rat intestinal metabolism was significantly inhibited. Conclusion Cinnamaldehyde can be quickly metabolized in the rat small intestine, the main metabolite of cinnamic acid; Coptis on the cinnamon aldehyde metabolism has an inhibitory effect.
