毒蛇咬伤临床常见,治疗不及时或治疗不当可导致患者伤残甚至死亡。毒蛇咬伤的救治是以伤肢和伤口的局部处理及全身治疗为主的综合治疗,而早期正确处理患肢和伤口是救治成功的关键环节。本文对毒蛇咬伤患者早期患肢和伤口的处理予以综述。
Serous snake bite clinical common, not treated or improper treatment can lead to disability and even death of patients. Treatment of poisonous snake bites wounds and wounds are based on the local treatment and systemic treatment-based comprehensive treatment, and early correct treatment of limbs and wounds is the key to the success of treatment. This article reviews the treatment of early limbs and wounds in patients with snake bites.
