涓涓溪流,日夜不息地汇聚于长江、黄河,汹涌澎湃,一泻千里地流向共同的目标——大海。这是自然界的现象。在我们这个社会里,革命有着不同的分工,各行各业的业务工作,犹如涓涓溪流之汇聚于江河,都要为中心工作服务,都要为实现共同的目标——共产主义而努力。努力做好业务工作,积极主动地为中心工作服务,这本是无可非议的。然而,在一切被颠倒了的“文革”十年动乱期间,做好业务工作却成了罪恶。笔者在“文革”前,曾引用过说明档案工作社会地位和任务的一段话,即“在社会主义各项革命工作中,档案工作虽然不象长江、黄河那样汹涌澎湃,它只是一股溪流,这股溪流不能中断,要不停地流着”。谁知在十年动乱中,这句话却被发难者歪曲为“要
