A recent double-blind controlled trial showed that immunotherapy is effective in treating perennial allergic rhinitis, but its exact mechanism is unknown. The study aims to clarify the mechanism of immune therapy in the treatment of allergic diseases by monitoring the immunological parameters before and after immunotherapy for children with perennial allergic rhinitis. Nineteen children with perennial allergic rhinitis participated in this prospective open-label study. Patients were injected subcutaneously with standard D-pollen
