邓小平同志在其长期的领导实践中十分重视并非常善于决策。他对领导决策问题不仅从理论高度提出了许多极为精辟的观点,而且在决策实践上也为全党树立了光辉榜样。回顾近三十多年来我国政治和社会生活所发生的深刻变革,特别是关于建设有中国特色的社会主义理论的提出和逐步完善的全过程,可以鲜明地看出邓小平同志的决策思想有以下几个特征:实事求是、解放思想、世界眼光和人民主体。认真领会邓小平同志的决策思想,对当前领导干部的各种决策有非常现实的指导意义。
Comrade Deng Xiaoping attaches great importance to his long-term leadership practice and is very good at making decisions. His leadership decision-making not only made many brilliant ideas from a theoretical perspective, but also set a brilliant example for the entire party in his policy-making practice. Recalling the profound changes that have taken place in China’s political and social life in the past 30 years and especially the entire process of proposing and perfecting the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is clear that Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on decision-making has the following Few Features: Seeking Truth from Facts, Emancipating the Mind, World Vision and People’s Main Body. To conscientiously understand Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on decision-making has a very realistic guiding significance to the various leading cadres’ various policy-making decisions.
