旅游业是秦皇岛市的支柱产业。如何与国际接轨和培养旅游人才一直备受关注却未能得到有效解决。本文重点阐述了旅游国际化的概念和意义,讨论了高职院校旅游人才培养模式改革的重要性。结合秦皇岛市旅游业和人才培养现状,浅析当地高职院校旅游人才培养改革的对策,突出外语教学(特别是英语教学)和实践训练的重要性和必要性。
Tourism is the pillar industry of Qinhuangdao City. How to keep in line with international standards and train tourism talents has drawn much attention but has not been effectively solved. This article focuses on the concept and significance of tourism internationalization, and discusses the importance of the reform of tourism personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the current situation of tourism and talent cultivation in Qinhuangdao, this paper analyzes the countermeasures of reform of tourism talent cultivation in local higher vocational colleges, and highlights the importance and necessity of foreign language teaching (especially English teaching) and practical training.
