本文提出了一种控制多孔湿敏陶瓷气孔的新方法——加造孔剂制造多孔感湿陶瓷。选用石墨粉为造孔剂,改变造孔剂的含量和粒度就可方便地控制钻铁尖晶石和镁铬尖晶石多孔感湿陶瓷的气孔尺寸和气孔率,由于固相反应充分,因而其电气性能长期稳定。实验表明:外加石墨重量百分比为(10~20)wt%时,这两种多孔陶瓷的感湿灵敏度显著增大,电阻与湿度曲线的线性度获得明显改善。XRD、SEM、AES分析说明石墨粉对基体材料影响甚微,但造孔效果甚佳。
In this paper, a new method to control the porosity of porous moisture-sensitive ceramic is proposed.
