在20世纪70年代,美国的著名教育家率先提出合作教学理论。小组合作学习是以小组成员间的合作,共同努力完成学习任务,群策群力,集思广益的教学策略发展体系。在二十一世纪,合作学习在我国教育的推广应用更加广泛。当前,我国推行素质教育,提出合作探究的教学理念,小组合作学习符合新课改的要求,但在这一新的教学探索过程中,它也逐渐暴露出一些问题,影响了这一新的教学模式的功效。作为执教初中英语多年的一线教师,我在看到这种教学模式优势的同时,也切实感到了它的不足,于是尝试着在平时的教学实践中加以探索,以期完善它,使之真正达到促进学生发展的目的,并取得了较显著的成果。
