为了提高铸件质量,降低废品率,逐步改变铸造行业的落后面貌,必须有计划、有组织地从国外引进一些先进的铸造技术.我厂与英国国际密烘金属公司签订合同,引进铸铁铸造技术.根据合同规定,如果严格按照“密烘”工艺生产,各种灰铁、合金铸铁、球铁、耐热铸铁、耐蚀铸铁的机械性能将稳定地达到“密烘”标准,质量有显著提高.其次经过双方努力,铸件废品将由目前l0~11%逐步降低到7~5%以下.并可用密烘商标,铸件在国内外销售.
In order to improve the quality of castings, reduce the rejection rate, and gradually change the backwardness of the foundry industry, we must introduce some advanced casting techniques from abroad in a planned and organized manner. Our factory signed a contract with BMI to introduce cast iron casting technology. According to the contract, the mechanical properties of all kinds of gray iron, alloy cast iron, ductile iron, heat-resistant cast iron and corrosion-resistant cast iron will reach the standard of “secret drying” steadily and the quality will be significantly improved if strictly in accordance with the “dense baking” process. Second, after both efforts, the casting waste will be gradually reduced from the current l0 ~ 11% to 7 ~ 5% or less, and can be used dense trademark, castings sold at home and abroad.
