档案记录了个人的家庭情况、教育背景和政治面貌等基本信息,对档案所有者的工作、生活有着重要影响。但是目前档案管理仍然存在诸多问题亟待完善,例如档案管理手段传统落后,管理效率低下、安全性得不到保障等,都成为制约档案管理工作进一步优化发展的障碍。因此,必须深入分析当前档案管理存在的问题,探究强化档案管理的可行性方法,为个人档案资料的安全提供必要保障。
The file records basic personal information such as family circumstances, educational background and political outlook and has an important impact on the work and life of the file owner. However, there are still many problems in file management that need to be improved urgently. For example, the traditional means of file management are outdated, the management efficiency is low, and the security is not guaranteed, which have become obstacles that restrict the further optimization and development of file management. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply analyze the existing problems in the file management and to explore the feasibility of strengthening the file management so as to provide the necessary guarantee for the safety of the personal file information.
