在《古典城邦政体类型及其成因》一文中,笔者指出:“君主政体不是城邦政体的基本形式之一,它只是作为特殊环境下的特殊产物在一些城邦出现过。城邦政体的基本形式是贵族政体和民主政体,它们各自有一个极端形式,即寡头政体和极端民主政体。”这是就希腊罗马这类古典世界的城邦政体而言的。那末,古典世界之外的早期奴隶制国家的政体如何呢?笔者打算就此问题继续进行探讨。这一问题涉及面较广,各民族、各地区的情况千差万别,实在不易把握。我自知学浅力薄,难以胜任,但仍欲踊跃一试,意在抛砖引玉,引起学术界重视讨论而已。
In the article “Types and Causes of Classical City-State Politics”, the author points out: “The monarchy is not one of the basic forms of city-state polity but only appeared in some cities as a special product in a special environment. Polity and democracies, each with an extreme form, oligarchy and extreme democracies. ”This is for the polity of a classical world like Greco-Roman. What about the political system of the early slavery countries outside the classical world? I intend to continue the discussion on this issue. This issue involves a wide range of issues. The situation in various ethnic groups and various regions varies widely and is not easy to grasp. I know how to learn shallow, difficult to do, but still want to give an active test, intended to start a discussion, aroused academic attention to discuss it.
