9项重点改革的实施和推进,将进一步优化提升海关服务和监管效能。近期,海关总署确定了今年9项署级重点改革项目。一是推进中国(上海)自由贸易试验区监管服务创新,实施“五化三配套”(信息化、智能化、便利化、法治化和安全化,配套机构人员、科技装备和信息化系统)改革,形成简政放权、智能驱动、风险可控、便利高效的新型海关监管模式。
