多年来,大多建筑企业一直采用粗放的管理模式,也习惯了粗放的管理,所以信息化的实施势必会给企业带来短暂的不适,我们企业要有长期奋战的准备,要有决心面对由于信息化所带来的各方的冲击。企业如果下定决心闯过这一关,那么企业的管理水平会有质的飞跃。现在行业中有很多成功实施信息化的企业,他们取得的效果令人感叹,我国的建筑行业有很多已经接近国外企业的管理水平,或者已经赶上国外企业的管理。
