目的:研究沙门菌诱导小鼠产生肿瘤坏死因子。方法:将沙门菌SR-11分成两部分,一部分加热杀死,配成1×109cfu/鼠,称为死菌;另一部分活菌配成(5~6)×103cfu/鼠。结果:死菌注射后1小时,沙门菌抵抗鼠A/J在血清中产生大量的TFN-α;敏感鼠产生低剂量的TNF-α;腹水中出现低剂量的TNF-α。用活菌刺激小鼠仅在腹水中检出低剂量的TNF-α,血清中测不到。结论:用死菌刺激小鼠,会在血清中产生大量的TNF-α。
Objective: To study the production of tumor necrosis factor in mice induced by Salmonella. Methods: The Salmonella SR-11 was divided into two parts, one part was heated to kill, dubbed 1 × 109cfu / mouse, called dead; the other part of live bacteria dubbed (5 ~ 6) × 103cfu / mouse. Results: One hour after the dead bacteria were injected, A / J from Salmonella resistance mice produced a large amount of TFN-α in serum and a low dose of TNF-α in sensitive mice. Low-dose TNF-α appeared in ascites. Mice stimulated with viable cells detected low levels of TNF-α in ascites only, undetectable in serum. Conclusions: Stimulation of mice with dead bacteria produces a large amount of TNF-α in the serum.
