利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/Ls-Dyna数值模拟二斜辊矫直机对棒材的矫直过程,重点是依据动力显式算法进行二辊矫直机动态模拟仿真及工件矫直精度的计算。将三维建模软件Pro/E与有限元分析软件ANSYS进行无缝连接,在Pro/E中进行三维建模并导入ANSYS中,在ANSYS/Ls-Dyna中建立二辊矫直机矫直过程数值模型,并利用ANSYS自带的前处理软件Ls-Prepost对K文件进行修改,实现上下矫直辊的转动,利用Ls-Dyna Manager启动Dyna求解程序载入K文件进行求解,对棒材的矫直质量和矫直精度进行计算与分析,为矫直机的理论研究提供依据,为实践生产中矫直角度的调整及设备的维护提供参考。
The finite element analysis software ANSYS / Ls-Dyna was used to simulate the straightening process of the bar by the two-skew roller straightener. The emphasis was on the dynamic simulation of the two-roller straightener and the calculation of the workpiece straightening precision according to the dynamic explicit algorithm. The three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E and the finite element analysis software ANSYS seamlessly connected in the Pro / E in the three-dimensional modeling and import ANSYS in the two-roll straightening machine ANSYS / Ls-Dyna straightening process value Model and using the pre-processing software Ls-Prepost of ANSYS to modify the K file to realize the rotation of the upper and lower straightening rollers. The Dyna solver is started by Ls-Dyna Manager to load the K file for solving, and the straightening of the bar material Quality and straightening precision calculation and analysis for the theory of straightening machine to provide the basis for practice in the production of straightening angle adjustment and equipment maintenance provide a reference.
