目的了解新型组合式输尿管软镜对肾结石及输尿管上段结石的治疗效果。方法采用组合式输尿管软镜、钬激光配200μm钬激光光纤,治疗肾结石及输尿管上段结石共19例,其中肾结石11例,输尿管上段结石8例。结果 6例输尿管扩张鞘插入到输尿管上段,13例输尿管扩张鞘插入至输尿管下段。19例均成功插入输尿管软镜,手术成功17例,手术时间25-75min;手术后住院时间3-7d;手术后并发症:所有病例均有轻度血尿,腰痛12例,发热3例,输尿管鞘拔除困难1例,无大出血、输尿管穿孔等严重并发症。术后3d复查KUB显示17例结石被粉碎成细小结石。19例肾及输尿管上段结石手术中使用组合式输尿管软镜套管共5根。结论德国铂立组合式输尿管软镜配合钬激光碎石治疗肾及输尿管上段结石效果满意,该方法是肾及输尿管上段结石治疗的有效方法之一。
Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of the new combined ureteroscope on calculi and upper ureteral calculi. Methods Combined ureteroscopic and holmium laser with 200μm holmium laser were used to treat 19 cases of renal calculi and upper ureteral calculi, including 11 cases of renal calculi and 8 cases of upper ureteral calculi. Results 6 cases of ureteral dilatation sheath inserted into the upper ureter, 13 cases of ureteral dilatation sheath inserted into the lower ureter. 19 cases were successfully inserted into the ureteroscope, the operation was successful in 17 cases, operation time 25-75min; postoperative hospitalization 3-7d; postoperative complications: all cases were mild hematuria, back pain in 12 cases, fever in 3 cases, ureteral Sheep difficulties in 1 case, no major bleeding, ureteral perforation and other serious complications. A review of 3 KUB postoperatively showed that 17 of the stones were comminuted into small stones. 19 cases of renal and upper ureteral calculi combined ureteral soft tube casing a total of five. Conclusions Germany Platinum combination ureteroscope with holmium laser lithotripsy treatment of upper ureteral calculi and lithiasis is satisfactory, the method is one of the effective methods of renal and ureteral calculi.
