通过热氢处理技术在钛合金中置入氢元素,利用OM、SEM和XRD研究了置氢后TB8钛合金的微观组织和物相,并利用DTA和EDS分析了氢对TB8钛合金相变点及元素分布的影响。结果表明,随着置氢量的增加,合金中的β相先减少后逐渐增多;氢的置入一方面可降低合金生成ω相的临界冷却速率,另一方面可降低TB8合金的(α+β)/β相变温度,并促使组织中的合金元素重新分布,促进α相向β相转变。
Hydrogen was added into the titanium alloy by hydrothermal treatment. The microstructure and phase of TB8 titanium alloy were investigated by OM, SEM and XRD. The phase transition point of TB8 titanium alloy was analyzed by DTA and EDS And the impact of elemental distribution. The results show that the β phase decreases first and then increases with the increase of hydrogen concentration. The hydrogen can reduce the critical cooling rate of ω phase and decrease the α + β) / β phase transition temperature, and promote the alloying elements in the organization redistribution, and promote α phase β phase transformation.
