萧山朱氏收藏,多为国宝;化私为公,献诸国家。政协浙江省萧山市委员会文史工作委员会,裒为专辑。此辑从不同方面与角度,述其过程,读之使人感奋。询士林之佳话,学人之楷模。值此国故悄悄瑟瑟之际,未易旦暮遇之。余也束发入塾,始诵诗书;白首穷经,未入堂奥。邺架既寒,边腹尤涩。受师友之教诲,愧老大之寡闻。诚椎鲁之未达,抑微妙之难知也。睹此鸿宝,心旷神怡,振聩启聋;空谷足音,不禁跫然而喜矣。 萧山朱氏,源出婺源。朱寿为南宋朱熹第七世孙。廿一世孙朱凤标,为辑主朱翼庵先生之曾祖也。道光十二年进士,官体仁阁大学士。立朝端正不阿,治事秉公无私。第二次鸦片战争之际,章奏言人所不敢言,坚持主战。事见《咸丰朝夷务始末》。今藏国家第一档案馆内。祖朱其煊,历任工部郎中、湖北荆襄兵备道、山东布政使等职,所至捐资移办新政。事见清代
