恶性胸水是晚期恶性肿瘤的并发症之一。一旦出现将严重影响晚期肿瘤病人的生存质量及生存时间。如何控制恶性胸水已成为临床医生在晚期肿瘤治疗上的重要课题。我们于1997－04－1999－04采用胸腔闭式引流加榄香烯乳、顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸水，疗效满意。现报道如下。1临床资料
Malignant pleural effusion is one of the complications of advanced malignant tumors. Once it will seriously affect the quality of life and survival time of advanced cancer patients. How to control malignant pleural effusion has become an important issue for clinicians in the treatment of advanced cancer. We used thoracic closed drainage plus elemene milk and cisplatin intracavity injection to treat malignant pleural effusion from 1997-04 to 1999-04 with satisfactory results.
