本文应用 Hallberg 的碱性正铁血红素比色法对91名正常妇女300月经周期测定经血量,得到平均值为46.9毫升,中位数值38.3毫升,分布呈偏态。根据血红蛋白浓度与经血量分布之间的关系,本文可确定经血量正常值的上限为70毫升。对15名妇女连续测定12个月经周期经血量,根据统计学分析表明个体之间变异显著地大于周期之间变异.本文还研究了放霞 IUD对妇女经血量的影响,发现使用 Vcu_(200)和 Tcu_(220)IUD 妇女的经血量比放器前分别增加185.8%和116.3%.
In this paper, Hallberg’s basic hematin colorimetric method for 91 normal women menstrual cycle menstrual menstrual blood menstrual flow was measured to obtain an average of 46.9 ml, median 38.3 ml, the distribution was skewed. According to the relationship between hemoglobin concentration and menstrual blood volume, this article can determine the upper limit of menstrual blood volume is 70 ml. The 15 menstrual blood samples were measured continuously for 12 menstrual cycles and the statistical analysis showed that the variation among individuals was significantly greater than that between cycles.The paper also studied the effect of putting Xiaoxia IUD on menstrual blood volume and found that using Vcu_ 200) and Tcu_ (220) IUDs increased by 185.8% and 116.3%, respectively, compared with that before laparotomy.
