质谱仪器的智能化,对于提高质谱仪器的分析速度和性能指标是十分重要的。本文研制了回旋质谱计及四极质谱计与AppleⅡ微机联用的接口电路,探讨了数据采集和处理的可能模式,在八位A/D板的条件下,考虑到回旋质谱计质量数与扫描频率(电压)的非线性关系,确定了通过标定拟合,由时间来确定质量数的方法完成了用汇编语言编制子程序进行数据采集,并对采集的数据进行数字平滑,扣除本底,谱峰识别,质量定标,绘制气体成份的棒状图,定量计算和累加平均等计算机处理。从而初步实现了回旋质谱计与计算机的联用。
The intelligence of mass spectrometry instruments is very important for improving the analysis speed and performance of mass spectrometry instruments.
