随着中国邮政的不断发展,邮政业务趋于多元化,员工队伍不断壮大,企业规模日益扩张,必将给企业带来更多机遇与挑战。尤其在中国邮政储蓄银行成功上市、中国邮政集团公司深入推进改革的重要时期,如何有效整合中国邮政这个庞大的体系,成为重要的战略课题。对此,笔者着眼于对集团管控理论的研究和对国外邮政集团管控案例的跟踪,结合中国邮政集团公司的实际,从有利于板块共融发展的角度进行了分析和思考。
With the continuous development of China’s postal service, the postal service tends to be diversified, the contingent of employees and the expanding business scale will bring more opportunities and challenges to the enterprise. Especially in the successful listing of China Postal Savings Bank, China Post Corporation, an important period of deepening reform, how to effectively integrate the huge system of China Post, has become an important strategic issue. In this regard, the author focuses on the study of the group management theory and the tracking of foreign postal group control cases, and analyzes and ponders from the point of view of the favorable development of the plate communalization based on the actual situation of China Post Group Corporation.
