据北京晨报报道,为推进国有企业改革,吸引外资和民间资本参与北京市国有企业改革和调整,做大工业经济总量,北京市昨日推出“北京工业百户国企与外资、民间资本并购重组行动”。 在186户市属企业中,有上市公司20户,合资企业31户,亏损企业13户。虽然其中大部分企业已经过改制初步建立现代企业制度,但国有股比重过高的“一股独大”状况仍普遍存在。就整体而言,体制上的弊端仍是制约国有企业发展的重要原因。
Beijing Morning Post reported that in order to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises, attract foreign capital and private capital to participate in the reform and adjustment of state-owned enterprises in Beijing and increase the total industrial economy, Beijing Municipality yesterday launched the “Beijing Industrial 100 State-owned Enterprises and Foreign Capital, Private Capital M & A and Restructuring ”. Among the 186 municipal enterprises, there are 20 listed companies, 31 joint ventures and 13 loss-making enterprises. Although most of the enterprises have already undergone the restructuring to initially establish a modern enterprise system, the status of “one single monopoly” in which the proportion of state-owned shares is too high still prevails. On the whole, the drawbacks of the system are still the major reasons that restrict the development of state-owned enterprises.
