新型固载碱性功能化离子液体的制备、表征及其在Henry反应中的应用

与嫁接法相比,我们选择一种新颖可控的方法将碱性功能化离子液体分散到SBA-15分子筛中,得到固载碱性功能化离子液体.通过X射线衍射、N2吸附/脱附、热重分析和傅里叶变换光谱对其结构进行表征,并以Knoevenagel反应做为模板反应,考察该催化剂的催化活性.结果表明,我们所合成的催化剂比后嫁接法制备的催化剂具有更规则的有序介孔结构、更高的离子液体负载量和更好的催化活性.将此催化剂应用在无溶剂条件下的Henry反应中,同样得到了较好的催化性能和循环使用次数. Compared with the grafting method, we choose a novel and controllable method to disperse basic functionalized ionic liquids into SBA-15 molecular sieves to obtain immobilized basic functionalized ionic liquids.X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption / desorption, Thermal gravimetric analysis and Fourier transform spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure and the Knoevenagel reaction was used as a template reaction to investigate the catalytic activity of the catalyst.The results showed that the catalysts synthesized by our method had more regular Ordered mesoporous structure, higher ionic liquid loading and better catalytic activity.When the catalyst was used in Henry reaction without solvent, better catalytic performance and number of cycles were obtained.
