作者对实验性慢性砷中毒后大鼠脊髓结构的变化进行了光镜和电镜观察。结果如下:砷中毒可引起脊髓神经元Nissl氏小体溶解、减少或消失;噬神经细胞现象;神经元固缩。神经元核周质及突起内线粒体肿胀或呈凝集变性;粗面内盾网扩张;脂褐质增多;突触间隙增宽,突触小泡减少;核膜间隙间断增宽。神经元周围的神经纤维髓鞘结构模糊。上述病理改变与饮高砷水时间关系密切。结果提示:砷可直接损伤脊髓。
The author of the experimental chronic arsenic poisoning changes in rat spinal structure were observed by light and electron microscopy. The results are as follows: arsenic poisoning can cause Nissl’s body of spinal neurons to dissolve, reduce or disappear; bodily neuron phenomenon; neurons shrink. Neuron perinuclear cytoplasm and protuberance mitochondria swelling or agglutination degeneration; rough shield network expansion; increased lipofuscin; synaptic gap broadening, synaptic vesicle decreased; intermittent nuclear membrane gap widened. Nerve fibers around the myelin sheath fuzzy structure. The above pathological changes and high drinking arsenic water time is closely related. The results suggest that: arsenic can directly damage the spinal cord.
