在竞争的环境中 ,有的企业能长盛不衰 ,有的却昙花一现 ,而有的企业甚至连成功的机会都没有 ,最根本的原因就是企业是否形成和拥有其核心竞争力。本文认为 ,企业竞争力是企业争夺环境中资源的能力 ,而以知识和技能为基础的核心竞争力是现代企业生存和发展的能量源泉 ,企业未来的竞争将主要体现为以无形竞争为主的较量。构建核心竞争力是企业发展战略思想的核心 ,有效地开展企业核心竞争力管理 ,培育其核心技术 ,建立“学习型”组织 ,加强信息体系的培育和建设 ,可以不断提高企业的核心竞争力。
In the competitive environment, some enterprises can endure, but some short-lived, and some companies even have no chance of success, the most fundamental reason is whether the formation of enterprises and have their core competitiveness. This paper argues that the competitiveness of enterprises is the ability of enterprises to compete for resources in the environment. The core competitiveness based on knowledge and skills is the energy source for the survival and development of modern enterprises. The future competition of enterprises will mainly be embodied by the invisible competition Bouts. Constructing the core competitiveness is the core of the strategy of enterprise development, effectively carrying out the core competence management of the enterprise, fostering its core technology, establishing a “learning type” organization, strengthening the cultivation and construction of the information system, and continuously improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.
