从行业发展和监管实践看,山东保监局近年来履行监管职责的过程,是不断解放思想、转变观念和大胆创新的过程。在行业发展目标上,确立了保险强省建设目标。2008年,针对山东保险业“大而不强”的状况,提出“实现由保险大省向保险强省新跨越,努力建设一个‘大而强,快而优’的新山东保险市场”的战略目标,并在全国较早地开展保险强省目标体系研究工作。这一目标的提出和广泛深入的讨论,突破了一个时期以来行业安于现状、审慎有余、创新不足的观念和习 From the perspective of industry development and regulatory practice, the process of fulfilling its regulatory responsibilities in recent years by Shandong Insurance Regulatory Commission is a process of continuously emancipating the mind, changing concepts and making bold innovations.
