循环流化床锅炉(CFB)做为一种新型燃烧设备,它具有对燃料适应范围广,燃烧效率高,负荷调整范围宽,运行稳定,并且对有害气体的排放进一步降低、环保效果好等优点。因此,近年来国内外得到广泛的推广和应用。由于此炉型内的灰浓度大,灰粒径大多在0~10mm之间:人们特别重视受热面的磨损问题。但由于循环流化床锅炉的磨损问题极为复杂,国内外科技工作者对磨损机理进行了大量的研究,国内循环流化床锅炉投放时间短虽炉型不断地改进但磨损问题始终没有得到解决,尚需不断地分析摸索。目前,国内锅炉制造厂家对锅炉的磨损情况仍心中无数,要求运行3000~4000h人为停炉,做磨损情况的检查。由于对不同的工况,不同部位的磨损情况不同,对磨损的机理不了解导致采取错
