1983年10月,我们登上北去的列车,前往位于祖国东北角的黑龙江省集贤县,参加在这里召开的黑龙江省城镇规划管理和防火安全工作现场会。在去集贤的路上听人说,集贤是个仅有五万余人口的北疆小镇,很少被人所知,交通不方便,卫生也差。那么为什么选在这样一个地方召开现场会呢?大家不免有点迷惑不解。几经转车,我们终于到达了目的地。
In October 1983, we boarded the train to the north and went to Jixian County, Heilongjiang Province, located in the northeast corner of the motherland, where we attended the on-site meeting on town planning and fire prevention and safety work in Heilongjiang Province. On the way to Jixian, people heard that Jixian is a small northern town with a population of only 50,000. It is seldom known and has poor transportation and poor sanitation. So why choose to hold a live meeting in such a place? We can not help but be a little puzzled. After several transfers, we finally reached our destination.
