橡胶在延压、成型等加工过程中,由于摩擦、剥离等原因,产生大量静电,时常引起火灾。我厂成型车间的包布裁断机也有这种情况。1982年春节前后不到一个月的时间内,这台裁断机就因静电放电,起火三次,幸扑救及时,才未造成重大损失。怎样才能避免这类火灾事故呢?我们对历次火灾进行了认真分析,终于发现,这主要是由于裁断机的导滚与包布之间产生的静电强度高达60~80kV,并产生火花放电所致。而且这种静电
