对某型串列叶栅以及独立后排叶栅进行了多工况下性能和油流显示试验以及数值模拟,分析了串列叶栅的流场特性及前排叶片对后排叶片流场的影响。通过对试验结果分析发现,串列叶栅的攻角特性范围较宽,气流转折角大,损失较单排叶片约增加40%;前排叶片的存在一定程度上使得后排叶片流场受攻角变化的影响减小,并使其吸力面的马赫数峰值降低5%;对比试验与数值模拟结果后发现,压力面马赫数分布吻合较好,吸力面试验值略高于计算值;前排和后排叶片之间相对位置对串列叶栅的性能有着至关重要影响,需要对此进行深入研究。
