背景:对学习障碍儿进行教育指导十分有利于改善其学习和行为障碍,这种教育指导若是个别化,即因人施教,则可能会取得更好的效果。目的:探讨对学习障碍儿进行教育指导的方法和效果,为开发学习障碍儿的潜能积累经验。设计:以患儿为研究对象,配对设计(即将年龄、学习障碍表现相似的对象配成对子),病例分析。单位:一所大学医学院。对象:确定镇江市东吴幼儿园,镇江市大港中心小学8例学习障碍儿为研究对象。此8例患儿存在动作笨拙、性格孤僻、语言障碍、学习能力差4种类型,随机将8例患儿分为教育指导组和对照组。方法:对对照组的患儿施以常规的教育方法,无特殊干预措施。对教育指导组患儿进行针对性地个别化教育指导。在干预3个月后观察其效果。主要观察指标:学习障碍儿动作笨拙、性格孤僻、语言障碍及学习能力差等程度的改善情况。结果:教育指导组学习障碍儿经个别化教育指导,其心理和行为等障碍改善情况均好于对照组。结论:对学习障碍儿进行分类个别化教育指导,是开发学习障碍儿潜能的有效途径。
Background. Educational guidance for children with learning disabilities is very helpful in improving their learning and behavioral disorders. Such instructional instruction may be better if it is individualized, that is, taught by others. Objective: To explore the methods and effects of educational guidance for children with learning disability, and to accumulate experience for developing children with learning disabilities. Design: Patients with children as the research object, paired design (that is, age, learning disabilities performance similar objects paired), case analysis. Unit: a university medical school. PARTICIPANTS: Eight children with learning disabilities in Soochow Kindergarten and Zhenjiang Dagang Central Primary School were selected as research subjects. There were 4 types of children with clumsy personality, eccentric personality, poor speech ability and poor learning ability. Eight children were randomly divided into two groups: education group and control group. Methods: The control group of children with conventional education methods, no special interventions. On the education guide group of children targeted individualized education guidance. After 3 months of intervention to observe the effect. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Learning disabilities children clumsiness, eccentric personality, language barriers and poor learning ability to improve the degree of the situation. Results: The education guidance group with learning disabilities after individualized education guidance, psychological and behavioral disorders and other obstacles are better than the control group. Conclusion: The classification of individualized education guides for children with learning disabilities is an effective way to develop the potential of children with learning disabilities.
