目的:观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对心肌梗死后大鼠不同时间的心肌保护作用。方法:结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支建立心肌梗死模型,随机分为心肌梗死模型组和瓜蒌薤白半夏汤组,每批次每组10只。心肌梗死模型组给予生理盐水2 m L/次,1次/d,瓜蒌薤白半夏汤组给予浓煎中药2 m L/次,1次/d灌胃。分别干预1 d、5 d、10 d、15 d共4个批次。检测CK-MB、CTn I、hs CRP、BNP,并获取心脏,固定,行梗死部位Masson染色。结果:与心肌梗死模型组大鼠相比,给予瓜蒌薤白半夏汤干预1 d、5 d、10 d、15 d 4批次大鼠的CK-MB、CTn I均显著性下降(P<0.01);hs CRP显著下降(P<0.01);BNP也显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤具有一定的心肌细胞保护作用,其机制可能与减轻炎症反应有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Guluo Baibanxia Decoction on myocardial protection in rats at different times after myocardial infarction. Methods: The model of myocardial infarction was established by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in rats and randomly divided into myocardial infarction model group and Guizhulu Banxiaxia Decoction group, with 10 rats in each group. The myocardial infarction model group was given normal saline (2 m L / time, once daily), while the Guluo Baibanxia Decoction group was given 2 m L / time of decoction, once per day. Intervention 1 d, 5 d, 10 d, 15 d a total of 4 batches. The CK-MB, CTn I, hs CRP, BNP were detected and the hearts were fixed, and the Masson staining of the infarct site was performed. Results: Compared with rats in myocardial infarction model, the CK-MB and CTn I in 4 groups of rats on the 1st, 5th, 10th and 15th days after the intervention of Guluo Baibanxia Decoction were significantly decreased (P < 0.01); hs CRP decreased significantly (P <0.01); BNP also decreased significantly (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Guluo Baibanxia Decoction has cardioprotective effect. Its mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory reaction.
