档案是特殊资产和宝贵财富,秘密档案又是档案管理的核心内容,加强档案保密工作,为企业发展提供具有特殊价值的历史参考、理论支撑、现实依据是其重要作用。所以在档案管理中贯彻落实《保密法》是及其重要的工作。
File is a special asset and valuable asset. Secret file is the core content of file management. Enhancing file security and providing historical reference and theoretical support with special value for enterprise development are the basis of its reality. Therefore, it is an important work to implement “Confidentiality Law” in file management.
